Daniel, I just wanted to thank you for everything. Being that my job is very demanding I didn’t give you much of my time but you handled everything at the highest professional level and achieved the goals we set out to accomplish from the beginning. I am not easily impressed but you have been an exception to the rule. Consider this thank you note a huge compliment as I rarely would do something like this. I will absolutely be referring my business colleagues to you as they too don’t have time to deal with hassle of selling a home. Thanks for everything, Paul T.
A little about Dan.......
When we started our journey of selling our house we thought is was going to be easy. We had a newer house that we did even more updating to make the house that much more appealing. We hired a realtor that had dropped an add in our mail box. After interviewing him it seems like a great choice. After countless missed appointments, adds not being in the paper when they were suppose to be, and a contingent offer that we had expected to become a sale ended up falling threw. We had to fire our current realtor. After six months with the house on the market we were juggling two house payments because we had found our dream house at the right price and could not pass it up. With Christmas approaching stress levels were very high and we new that the closer Christmas got the longer we were going to have to wait to have a bid on the house. Then we met Dan..... When we were interviewing Dan he brought a ray of sunshine to this horrible situation. He stated that he wanted to have the house sold by Christmas and that was music to my ears. After he left we sat and thought there was just no way he could get the house sold by then.
Dan went over to the house and studied exactly what he thought was the best way to market the house. After he was at the house and set up his brochures we took a trip to the house. Dan never skipped a beat. The lay out of his information was amazing. Top of the line professional. I still thought there is just no way he could get the house sold before Christmas. I thought "Its the dead of winter no one is looking for a house. Then an offer came threw very low, to low to even think about it twice. Dan remained firm and confident that we did not have to take an offer like this. I thought twice about it still thinking maybe this is the only offer we will get. Dan assured us that he still would get the house sold.
Then one cold winter day Dan called and told us he had received an offer and a good one. Dan remained firm in our position and we got exactly what we wanted for the house. Threw all the paper work we knew Dan was never further then a phone call way. Every time we had a question we could get a hold of him with no doubt he was there ready and willing to help. With Dan's expertise in the closing we closed in just two weeks. It was over. I know that we could have never survived with out Dan threw this process. I would put my life savings down to bet you that if we never met Dan the house would still be on the market.
With only a week to go before Christmas Dan held true to his word the house was sold before Christmas and in just one month. This never could have been possible with out Dan the best Broker of them all. Thank you! Michael & Christine H.
Daniel, We don’t know what to say except THANK YOU! I never understood how much a broker can have an affect on peoples life dreams until now. I see why Darren can’t stop bragging about and is always saying that no one even compares. Thank you so much for all your hard work and effort to make our dream come true! Dear Daniel, I want to thank you for the “great” job & help you provided me while in the process of selling my townhouse. We recently moved from Minneapolis to Dallas, TX. Because we were moving across the country, our house HAD to sell. I was very nervous, knowing that market conditions were not the greatest. Daniel had been recommended to me by several friends and family members. I had planned on interviewing several agents, but after sitting down with Daniel and hearing his strategy, I knew I didn’t have to look any further. To say that he exceeded our expectations does not begin to describe what he did for us. First, because we were motivated to sell, we knew there was some work that needed to be done on our house. Having seen his home, I knew he had impeccable taste and could be trusted in his recommendations. He went through every room and honestly assessed it’s condition, telling us what to remove or change. He referred us to trustworthy contractors who did an excellent and affordable job. Then he personally supervised their work, making the final decision on every project. Daniel worked like a dog. He used every available resource to sell our house. He focused on internet marketing, including carefully selected photos, extensive information, and a classy virtual tour. He painstakingly answered every question a potential buyer could imagine asking, including details often overlooked by other selling agents. He also drew-up floor plans, which I had never seen in existing construction, but common among new homes. This gave us a level playing field for people considering both new and existing construction. To make a long story short, we had an offer on the table within SIX DAYS. Daniel helped us navigate the murky waters of bidding, and helped us to respond with a fair and profitable counter offer, which was accepted. The closing, much to my relief, happened smoothly and without surprises. Daniel left nothing to chance, making sure that all parties involved had their paperwork in order. Start to finish, we were amazed at Daniel’s dedication, love for his work, and attitude toward us as sellers. Other realtors may promise you the moon, but Daniel Hagner not only did what he promised, he did much more. He never made us feel unimportant, and was always available to kindly answer our many questions. He took the time to do it right, and it paid off in the end! We would recommend him without hesitation to anyone for the sale or purchase of a home. We wouldn’t do it again without him!
