Michelle Hutton

BIO:

My name is Michelle Hutton and I work as a real estate closer because I have a genuine passion for real estate and for assisting people who are in the midst of a hugely important and complicated process. In the course of my eleven years of practice, I have helped thousands of clients, attended more than four thousand closings, and have traveled throughout the state to help customers complete the signing of their real estate documents. Originally from a Chicago suburb LaGrange, I moved to Minnesota after completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Consumer Relations at Eastern Illinois University.    I began working for Universal Title in 1997 and started my own contract closing service in 2003.   I currently hold a Real Estate License, Closing License and am a Notary Public.    My unique combination of experience and education provide me with expert credentials, and I work to share my expertise with each customer to make the closing of a home buying or selling process as painless as possible.
